Coffee Between Classes
Located on the bottom floor of Swem Library in the heart of the William and Mary campus, this satellite location is run in conjunction with Aramark, William and Mary’s food service provider. As a business founded by William and Mary alums, it has been a dream come true to keep the next generation of students powered with the science of good coffee! Although this location primarily caters to students, anyone is welcome to visit the cafe and grab a coffee!
Mixing Science and Coffee
When Column15 was founded in 2018, nitro cold brew was a niche product in the coffee community. As we have expanded from a pop-up stand to a permanent café and roastery, nitro cold brew has remained our cornerstone product. This has allowed us to craft our cold brew from the ground up, sourcing beans, and creating roast profiles with cold brew in mind. The result is a superior iced coffee, with less bitterness than espresso and more character than your typical cold brew.
