Quality From the Start

Quality coffee does not begin with brewing, grinding, or even roasting, it begins with a farm in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia or Huehuetenango, Guatemala – where coffee is planted, harvested, and processed. This is why we only source certified organic beans from fair trade certified farms and cooperatives.

The Perfect Roast

Once we source our raw beans we begin the process of crafting a new roast profile to bring out the natural flavors and regional characteristics of the coffee. Differences in altitude, moisture content, and soil type can have drastic effects on how a bean roasts, making each bag of coffee a unique product. We pride ourselves on only producing single-origin coffees, allowing for richer, bolder flavors and clearer origin characterstics.

Excellent Service

The final stage of quality coffee lies in the hands of our talented baristas. The knowledge, skill, and care of a barista is a critical part of the coffee-making process. It is their job to oversee the transformation of coffee from solid to liquid and guide it to its final destination – your cup.
